Insight Global REMOTE - Digital Marketing Manager in Carlsbad, California

Job Description

An employer in the Life Sciences industry is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager. This person will be sitting within the Corporate Digital Marketing organization and will be responsible for partnering and strategizing with the Digital Marketing stakeholders within the various Divisions. The Marketing Manager will be overseeing the MarTech platforms, as well as integrating and enabling the technology and best practices that the business stakeholders will utilize to execute their campaigns. This person should be well versed in omni-channel paid media for display and social, and working within various MarTech platforms like: Adobe, sprout, hootsuite, sprinklr, google display etc. Additionally, this person will be overseeing audience management, and also be well versed in analytics, diving into data and communicating out findings and insights to all levels of team members, including leadership, in order to make optimizations. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire role.

Skills and Requirements

-5-7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

-Prior experience at a corporate level, integrating and consulting on MarTech systems like: Adobe, sprout, hootsuite, sprinklr, google display or similar

-Strong background in Omni or Multi-Channel Paid Media (SEM), ideally focused within display and social (mainly within Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube)

-Experience within audience management, Target, or audience segmentation

-Experience driving technology enablement projects, adoption, and best practices

-Digital Marketing Analytics experience within PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tool -- and being able to provide insights within data

-Strong project management and communication skills, relationship building, and collaboration -Experience with Adobe: AEM, Target, AJO, AEP

-Digital marketing certifications

-Bachelor's degree null
