Esko Brand Solutions is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the Pre-Sales Solution Consultant position - this is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join newly established business unit within Esko and be a part of a business that is position for accelerated growth in 2019 and beyond.
Main responsibilities and key activities: • Provide overall advanced technical sales and solution definition support to the sales team with the goal of increasing software sales • Analyze customers' technical needs, develop proposals outlining how Esko solutions can these needs and be integrated with customer's existing systems and workflows. • Contribute in the assessment of customer requirements, present and discuss Esko solutions and manage proof of concept or benchmark analysis. Develop and deliver sales presentations. • Respond to more complex technical questions regarding Esko solutions • Estimate the cost, resources, time and technical requirements of delivering Esko's solutions • Support the sales team in validation of a potential project; lead the definition of the business requirements, via a workflow audit and/or value stream mapping, resulting in a project scope & estimated ROI • Working with a Project Manager, translate the business requirements into an appropriate business solution and a detailed statement of work • Provide pre-sales level configuration diagrams, including technical review and approval to sales and/or sales management • Detect and drive sales opportunities for consultative services and system integration • Be recognized as a thought leader in your solution area of focus and able to apply that knowledge
Qualifications and professional knowledge: • Bachelor or Master degree in related field • Expert knowledge of business, processes & ROI based on decisions making model, experience in VSM • Professional understanding of print industry with a focus on packaging, commercial print, S&D industries • Superior questioning, demonstration & presentation skills • Use and understand computers with Windows & MAC operating systems • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
