Kforce has a client that is seeking a RPA Developer (Remote) in Atlanta, GA.Summary:The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is responsible for delivery of high-quality automations in accordance with best practice development standards and schedules. They will be a self-starter and adaptable to changing business environment. The Senior RPA Developer will also be able to mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.How you will impact the company:
Conduct code reviews to ensure RPA code complies with COE standards and best practices
Work with Functional Analysts to understand automation requirements
Interface with business SMEs and stakeholders to validate requirements and automation performance
Design Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions
Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
Create and maintaining solution documentation (e.g. PDD, SDD, test plans/results, Run Book, User Guide)
Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
Support Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, CS
5-7 years of experience in an IT related role supporting development and implementation
1-2 years of work experience with Blue Prism and at least 2 implementations as well as RPA experience
Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplines
Strong experience with developing software requirements and managing projects through the SDLC
Strong Experience with process improvement and optimization IT projects
Familiarity with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships quickly
