The Transparency Specialist will provide operational support of:

  • Clinical Trial Transparency and Disclosure

  • Clinical Trial Data Sharing

  • Redaction and anonymization of clinical trial documents in accordance with evolving global regulations

    Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing high-quality deliverables in an efficient manner

  • Develop a strong understanding of regulations and guidance’s as they pertain to transparency and disclosure

  • Learn Project Management core skills

  • Learn and practice excellent internal and external communication

  • Learn and practice internal and external customer service

  • Learn to manage deliverable risks and timelines

  • Performs document redaction and anonymization to remove personal and company confidential information

  • Understands internal Transparency and Disclosure processes

  • Demonstrates a cooperative demeanor establishing mutual trust and respect contributing to the achievement of team goals

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, medical, or clinical discipline or related field is preferred; or 1 year of experience if less than a Bachelor’s

  • Hands-on experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development preferred

  • Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry highly preferred

  • Has a strong attention to detail
