What you’ll do:

As a Talent Management Consultant, you will lead and support the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) team by providing oversight and guidance to Oracle Talent Life Cycle Module to include employee performance, succession planning, talent review, annual review process. Additionally, this role will be the SME for system implementation and support legacy system migration to Oracle.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert for performance management system (PMS) and provide oversight and guidance around the administration of the talent life cycle.
  • Lead Oracle implementation to include initial system configuration, integration, testing, reporting and analytics, and data mapping.
  • Responsible for and providing support for goal setting and performance, talent review and succession, career planning to development, and employee insight to work life balance.
  • Maintain and provide upgrades or updates of system functionality with Oracle Talent Life Cycle Module.
  • Collaborate with HSC and Field People Services to facilitate communications and training activities that effectively translate Talent and Performance Management business process and systems into easily understandable programs.
  • Support HSC and Field People Services in Succession Planning, provide transparency, educate on process and method for local succession reviews.
  • Develop and make recommendations for mentoring programs to include but not limited to career paths, development plans, and learning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with third party vendors, and others to develop implementation plans for the talent strategies that have been developed.
  • Optimize the performance management process (goal setting, job & soft skills assessment, peer feedback)
  • Partner with leadership and learning management staff to provide recommended learning tracks that align to employee development, career interests and address other areas of specificity needed/desired/required.
  • Identify trends and offer recommendations for process improvement or issue resolution.
  • Maintain an awareness and currency of Human Resources principles, practices and related regulatory environment.
  • Develop and outline the performance appraisal/evaluation process to include but not limited to goal setting & tracking, collaboration and communication between leadership and staff, anytime feedback, and continuous performance management.

What you’ll need:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience. **

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years; System Implementation experience required or 2-3 years HRIS Analytics in lieu of System Implementation experience. **

CERITIFICATIONS: HRCI PHR/SPHR & SHRM-CP/SCP preferred but not required
