One Family.PURPOSE STATEMENT As a Data Analyst within our Smart Factory program, your role will be central to harnessing the power of data to elevate the performance, quality, and overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge analytic systems. You will engage in data analysis to generate valuable business insights and design scalable data models and pipelines. These contributions will guide decision-making, process enhancements, and optimization efforts. You will be a member of our agile cross-functional team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and technical experts to execute a business technology strategy aimed at delivering robust reporting and analytics solutions. This is a remote position but must be able to travel to manufacturing sites and Head Office 15 - 25% as needed.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES * Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define the scope and objectives to drive business decisions.* Prepare data and explore new potential data to support reporting and analysis initiatives.* Prepare reports and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for business insights and growth opportunities.* Lead analysis in collaboration with process and operations leadership to identify the top opportunities for improvement and track progress and impact on future results.* Lead work, including complex data related projects, and represent the businesses when working with related corporate functions, such as the Data & Analytics team.* Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced analytic systems, simplifying intricate problems through streamlined frameworks.* Design, build, and manage scalable data models and pipelines within our data warehouse.* Identify, interpret, and analyze patterns and trends within complex datasets.* Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Operations, IT, and Engineering to prioritize data-driven decision-making.* Research and stay up to date on program best practices, recommending those which will benefit the organization.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Required Qualifications:3-5 years experience in data analyticsBachelor's degree in relevant field such as Engineering, Statistics, or Computer ScienceProficient in SQL and other data manipulation languagesProficient in business intelligence tools, including Power BIExcellent communication skills to plant teams and leadershipAble to foster collaboration and act as a team member in a fast-paced, agile environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in food manufacturingLean/Six-Sigma or Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) experienceUnderstanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelsWorking knowledge of the Agile Scrum methodology*Experience in scripting languages (Python, R, etc)COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
