The Opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Revenue Manager, Strategy and Analytics to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability across Delaware North’s properties.
This is a remote opportunity.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Develop profit optimization and group sales strategies for hotel properties by consumer segment and product type
Collaborate with channel leaders to optimize reinvestment and discount levels
Maintain the revenue management reporting and analytics strategy
Lead annual revenue planning process for park hotels
Ensure accurate forecasting, maintain forecast quality and RMS system performance
Ensure all standard operating procedures are kept up to date and adhered to
Lead analyst community in studying guest behaviors and trends to drive profitability
Oversee weekly yield meetings, keep general managers appraised of strategy, and provide direction to channel leaders in deploying sales and marketing tactics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or a mix of education and relevant management experience required
5+ years of progressive property management, revenue management or hotel operations experience
Experience with modern revenue management systems (IDeaS preferred)
