Labcorp Sales Support Administrator - Remote in Burlington, North Carolina

The Sales Support Administrator is a remote position.
Responsibilities include being a point of contact for administrative support for divisional sales leadership and representatives. Various duties include: sales territory alignment, administration of staffing process, ad hoc analysis of sales reporting, creation and distribution of monthly reports, as well as other duties assigned by the manager of National Sales Administration.
Providing support to sales leadership and representatives via phone and email
Creating and distributing monthly and quarterly reports
Preparing and communicating ad hoc sales analytics reports
Cross functional collaboration with other departments on administrative tasks
Receiving and routing unsolicited sales leads
Maintaining and updating accurate sales territory alignment
Effective and efficient communication via e-mail (high volume)
Precise documentation and record retention in line with company policy
An associate’s or bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, business management, or a related field
2-3 years of demonstrable experience in sales support administration (preferred) or other similar administrative roles
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Experience with sales industry software like Salesforce, SAP Callidus, or other similar customer relationship manager and compensation systems
In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices
Familiarity with sales compensation plan administration
Ability to handle confidential information
Working knowledge of performing sales commission calculations
Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel is required
MS Access experience is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving
Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment
