Nagwa Freelance Telesales Specialist (Hourly Rate) in Cairo, Egypt

Summary

We are looking to hire a Telesales Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for generating sales revenue by making outbound calls to potential customers. The primary purpose of this role is to promote and sell Nagwa services over the phone, while providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilites

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or database to introduce and promote Nagwa services to potential customers with the goal of generating sales.

  • Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing requirements.

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Nagwa services, benefits, pricing, and any promotional offers to identify new opportunities and to increase profit margins.

  • Answer customer questions, address concerns or objections, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives with a professional and prompt manner to ensure all inquiries are answered successfully.

  • Utilize effective sales techniques, such as building rapport, highlighting product advantages, and overcoming objections, to persuade customers and close sales.

  • Executing the full sales cycle to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations.

  • Record and update customer information, interactions, and sales details in a CRM system or database accurately in a timely manner

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales scripts to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 1+ year of relevant experience

  • Proficient in Arabic

  • Proficient in English
