REMOTE Customer Service Representative

MUST BE LOCAL TO CATONSVILLE, MARYLAND

Schedules available:

-MON-FRI 11AM-8PM EST

-MON-FRI 12PM-9PM EST

-SAT-TUES PST 11AM-8PM EST

Start Date: 7/8/24

Location: 100% Remote (equipment provided)

Skills/Experience

  • 1-2 years call center experience (preferably in a remote capacity)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have reliable high-speed internet

Description:

  • Respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions for our client.

  • Identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.

  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

  • Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
