DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 750 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from their client.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those with Solid Experience as a Medical Transcriptionist before. 

Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City  

Responsibilities:

•    Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from client.

•    Convert audio file and download to express scribe

•    Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day

•    Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client

•    Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors

•    Enter data in IMS Visit Note once proofreading is completed

•    Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note

•    Complete all dictations for the day from the client

•    Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests

​​​​Requirements:

•   Fresh graduates of any medical allied degree are welcome to apply

•    For non-Medical graduates, solid 1 year experience as a Medical Transcriptionist is a must

•    Good attention to detail

•    Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription

•    Good listening, comprehension, and research skills

•    Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written

•    Knowledgeable in medical terminologies

•    Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction

•    Trainings and certifications will be provided

•    Physically fit to work in a BPO setting

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

•    Monthly salary of  28,000
