Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Project Manager/ScrumMaster with a Public Trust clearance to support KDS and our government. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote but may require an occasional visit to the client site in Washington, DC.

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a public health agency client Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This individual will be energetic and committed to operational excellence. This person will have experience in supporting federal programs with a varied background and be able to support large and small teams in reaching client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages moderately complex programs/projects and provides team leadership and creativity in the development and implementation of service engagements.

  • Project performance includes cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all projects deliverable items.

  • Sets objectives and priorities for the project staff, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and identifies staffing requirements.

  • Assisting in the budgeting of required resources for successful project implementation and completion.

  • Directs programs and projects or sub-projects, including project financials and manages and leads work teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience with Agile methodology

  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and systems integration is preferred.

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Education/Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree with 24 credit hours in business related courses. Minimum of five (5) years progressive project experience, most of which must have been in information systems development, project management from inception to deployment; demonstrated ability to manage a team.

Professional Skills:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.

  • Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.

  • Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
