Position Summary

The Sales Enabling Technology Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and analysis of sales technology platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sellers and sales support teams. This role will also be a key player in the development and management of sales technology optimization tools such as AI and workflow processes. This Sales Enabling Technology Associate works closely with sales, marketing, IT, and vendor teams (Seismic, Microsoft, etc.) to ensure that sales technologies are aligned with business objectives, and they are being utilized to their full potential.

This position is within the Enterprise Growth Enablement Team (GET), which is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and success rates.

Qualifications

This key player will have ongoing responsibilities for several key areas:

Sales Technology Management:

• Build and implement Microsoft Copilot agents, PowerAutomate processes, and other productivity or AI technologies that help our sellers.

• Maintain and update AI prompt libraries, backend workflows, and ongoing bots and process automations.

• Ensure the proper configuration and integration of sales technology to support and optimize sales functional processes.

• Support connections between Huron’s technology systems through APIs and other points.

• Help with license administration and issue resolution with sales technologies.

• Help with optimization projects, such as system upgrades, new integrations, and new feature implementations.

• Create an manage project plans for implementations or major optimizations of sales technology

• Monitor the performance and usage of sales technologies, identifying and resolving any issues.

• Work collaboratively with other IT teams involved with sales technology, such as our Marketing IT team, Salesforce IT team, and Huron Enterprise IT team.

• Partner closely with technology vendors from across the sales tech stack to implement, maintain, or enhance current products.

• Lead and support technology discovery sessions with GET members on new ideas to leverage current or new technologies.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet business objectives.

• Support the administration of sales technology platforms such as Seismic, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo, as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Create reports or dashboards for sale support end users or sellers for data within applications.

• Analyze sales technology usage data and key metrics to provide key actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within sales technology platforms.

• Work with analytics teams for more robust reporting needs (e.g., PowerBI)

Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for improving sales processes through the effective use of technology.

• Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Implement best practices for the use of sales technologies and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Participate in testing and development of new technology ideas, beta builds, and future implementations.

• Lead and support technology discovery sessions with GET members on new ideas to leverage current or new technologies.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive sales technology innovation.

• Contribute to ways to make our sales technology stack as user-friendly and seamless as possible (e.g., ways to integrate into Microsoft suite, customer service approaches, etc.)

Training and Support:

• Keep up with the latest market trends for Microsoft products and AI.

• Provide training and support to sellers and sales support team members on the use of sales technology platforms.

• Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate the adoption of new tools and features.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to sales technologies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position will require excellent organization skills, proactive communication, great attention to detail, and expertise in the Microsoft Suite. Proven skills in supporting AI and automation builds are high recommended. This individual must have problem solving skills, be deadline and detail oriented, and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles supporting sales efforts. In addition, the individual should have an understanding of the business development lifecycle as well as proactively managing a team and cultivating a positive work environment.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or sales technology role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proficiency in Microsoft M365 Copilot applications or other AI development platforms.

• Experience in connecting applications within a sales technology stack and basic understanding of system integration processes and APIs.

• Desire to use Microsoft applications, sales technology, and AI to innovate and improve sales workflows, efficiency, and quality.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and proactive interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment; period travel may be required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Solution-oriented mindset that is willing to learn and test ideas.

• Ability to work flexible hours and across time zones.

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience with AI bot development.

• Experience with PowerAutomate workflows.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

• Proficiency with technology administration and support.

• Knowledge of SQL and database management.

• Knowledge of sales technology, such as Salesforce and Seismic, preferred.

• Relevant sales technology certifications.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000 - $100,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $80,500 - $11,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
