The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an executive assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and a diverse group of people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO and CFO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes highly confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

  • Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives and successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitates assigned leaders’ ability to effectively perform their roles.

  • Demonstrating ability to organize and manage projects, meetings, and events.

  • Prioritizing conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

  • Recognizing and maintaining confidentiality along with other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • 5+ years’ executive level administration experience

  • 5+ years' experience managing various C Suite executives required

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Effective, versatile and action oriented

  • Excellent analytical, communication, creativity and organization/planning skills

  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills 

  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management 

  • Microsoft 365 skills required

  • Extensive project management skills required

  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
