The Call Center Agent will support the funeral registration process, provide applicable referrals, and address follow-up questions from callers. Bilingual (English and Spanish) speaking candidates also needed.*Job Duties:* Answer inbound calls for funeral registration and funeral helpline. Associate inbound calls for funeral registration with the appropriate case. Preform outbound calls to funeral homes, doctors/hospitals, etc. to confirm the authenticity of submitted documents. Perform initial case reviews for eligibility. Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for funeral assistance for COVID-19. Conduct all calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to determine needs, and provide instructions and /or referrals. Enter information into Windows-based computer database as required, while following instructions and/or referrals. Display excellent communication and customer service skills and exhibit a high level of professionalism in all communications, such as reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
