Who We Need Sabel Systems has the technology solutions to support cloud-based processes for Digital Engineering, enabling Digital Threads for, and Digital Twins of, complex weapon systems. Our DoD customers have urgent and persistent needs to address new capabilities of near-peer strategic competitors, and asymmetric threats from disruptive actors. We are seeking talented management professionals to make real these engineering solutions, keeping our nation's security capabilities well ahead of all threats. What You'll Do Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Manage deliverable product quality, configuration control, captured project knowledge, and re-used IP to create a persistent engineering modelling and simulation analysis environment for our customer. Manage resources and schedules, and team attention to issues, designs, and tasks. Identify, capture, mature, facilitate the resolution of, and disposition issues that require decisions: on architecture, business process, operational models, information assurance, and other product topics; as well as on delivery topics such as work timing and sequencing, methodology, approach, and resources. Provide agile coaching and leadership. Provide personnel development and mentoring. Support and lead the capture of new business, in new markets with new customers, and expanding the delivery with existing customers. Develop new IP and new product solutions to go to market.
