Job Number: R0210215 Remote Sensing Engineer The Opportunity: As an aerospace engineer, you know leading-edge technology, systems, and tools are critical to national defense. Your experience in guiding new sensor characterization efforts is key and makes you an integral part of delivering a client-focused solution. In this role, you'll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge aerospace and naval technology. You'll work with a large community of aerospace engineers across the firm and collaborate with research and development teams and customers. You Have: 10+ years of experience with Electro-Optical or Infrared, GEOINT sensors, and phenomenology 5+ years of experience with image and signal processing, target detection, and tracking 5+ years of experience with Python 2+ years of experience designing ASSET-based simulations TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in an Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics field Nice If You Have: Experience with MatLab and C++ Master's degree in an Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
