SPSS is a fast-paced environment that seeks motivated and professional individuals willing to work towards our goals as an organization.Job Description\ The duties in this role include but are not limited to:
General supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.
Technical Authority providing overall technical leadership for the project implementation/upgrade.
Works with Project Manager to understand overall solutions needs and functionality of MSI and third party applications.
Takes ownership of the technical execution during and post upgrade.
Works with the project manager to develop the upgrade tasks and schedule.
Identify technical risks of the projects and works with PM on mitigation plans.
Technical counterpart with the PM in third party vendor, customer, and internal facing meetings.
Contributes to upgrade change control as it pertains to the overall technical solution.
The minimum requirements we seek:
In depth knowledge of Windows Applications, Servers, and SQL Database Server environments.
Basic Network and Infrastructure knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot application system issues including hardware, networking, and third party components preferred.
Works well as a single resource, as well as a member of a team.
Efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
Ability to represent yourself and the company with the utmost professionalism.
Ability to pass stringent background checks based on local and Federal fingerprint submissions.
Ability to participate in off-hour upgrades on a scheduled basis.
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer - This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice\'s \"Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy\" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
High school Diploma and 5+ years of experience in an advance technical role
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Preferred Skills:\ Previous knowledge of the PremierOne Application Suite is a plus.
Experience with:
Network and Infrastructure with Firewalls and routers; F5 and Fortigate preferred.
Technical knowledge of MS SQL Server and MS Windows Server.
