Our client is looking for a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound for a 6-month contract in and will be working remotely.

Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
Ability to use Computers and programs like MS Word, Excel, Online Meeting and Chat applications etc.
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls and places outbound calls regarding account payment status and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
