Job Description:

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join our Digital Solutions Consulting team. This individual oversees and serves as Implementation/Project Manager for multiple Trinnex software projects of moderate to high complexity. Evaluates project status, provides updates, provides guidance and feedback on technical staff as part of implementations to Trinnex management. Specific duties include:

• Completes leadCAST, waterCAST, and product lead services project(s) (custom development) of various size that are of moderate to high complexity in scope, schedule, financial impact and deliverables agreed to by the project stakeholders and leadership.

• Support digital transformation assessment and road mapping consulting projects based on past experience with data management and software implementation projects.

• Evaluates project status and identifies any issues or risks. Collaborates with stakeholders, business analysts, etc. to track project scope, budget, deliverables, timeline and detailed work plan, etc. Documents and maintains records of project plan changes/updates.

• Monitors project resources and day-to-day planning of operational aspects of the project to ensure that deliverable timelines are met. Provides status updates and related reporting to ensure that projects are staffed with the appropriate staff, stakeholders and vendor resources.

• Serves as primary client contact during projects to understand project and product requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and communicate effectively to client and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manages project costs and is responsible for ensuring profitability. Identifies, quantifies, and communicates residual risk (time and cost). Creates and reviews timely client billings with internal billing support.

• Performs ongoing review of project status. On an ongoing basis, monitors project risks; identifies possible risks and recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions; escalates as appropriate. Manages project change using change management protocols.

• Mentors staff and provides expertise in support of highly complex projects or program design, as needed. Provides feedback to project team resource managers on more junior project team member’s performance during the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5 years of related experience.

• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of Digital Product Implementation Best Practices and effectively applies to appropriate projects.

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of Product Lead Service Solutions Best Practices and effectively applies to appropriate projects.

• Demonstrates knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) standards and practices.

• Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities and work deadlines.

• Ability to create project schedules and scope budget of implementation projects of a highly complex nature.

• Possesses expert knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Possesses moderate knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, etc. preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
