Position Summary:

In coordination with Executive Leadership, develops overall strategic plan for the Plan, including 3-year strategic planning.

Leads the execution of large, complex, strategic projects, which includes prioritization from project planning through project execution.

Assists where necessary or through project management those business ventures undertaken by the Company to ensure its profitable future.

This position is fully remote.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care or related field.

  • Five (5) years’ experience in a progressively more responsible project management role in a complex environment.

Preferred:

  • Three (3) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO and Managed Care functions.

  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)Certification.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification.
