Job Overview:

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will identify and assess customer needs, establishing trust and rapport through effective communication. You will provide accurate information, resolve complaints in a timely manner, and maintain meticulous records. You will contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Schedule and Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

   

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

   

Qualifications:
