Spok, Inc. Sales Program Manager - Remote (23-62) in Hopkins, Minnesota

Description Responsibilities: >Primary owner for post-sale activity communication with customer (presentation materials, calls, meetings, emails) as it relates to customer-facing milestones, and proactive validation of internal resource engagement to achieve customer objectives. >Work closely during the presales process in multi-year engagements with sales owners to capture key value areas based on account goals and objectives uncovered. >Understand lead times for customer related to active project schedule, and next anticipated project schedule and communicate that clearly with internal project management office and resource schedulers to keep on schedule and anticipate future demand. >Attend scheduled Support calls with customer, and Spok customer support and/or customer success manager to understand account ticket status and items that may be related to pending services scheduled engagements. Capture any items that may require a services engagement to help resolve, and where applicable incorporate into related services project schedule. >Cross department collaboration and proven ability to communicate with various skills and technical capability both internal and external to the company. Internal account stakeholders include: >Enterprise Sales Director, Account Manager, System Engineer, Solution Architect, Consulting Services, Project Management, Technical Installation Resources, Customer Support, Customer Success Managers, Maintenance Renewals, Invoice Operations, Finance and Management. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: >Associates degree >Knowledge and experience with Salesforce >3+ years of experience within a software sales organization >Experience within the healthcare space >Previous program management experience >Multi task-oriented >MS Suite (Word) (Excel) >Highly motivated >Experience working with internal teams >Experience with external customer facing teams Spok, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Spok Holdings, Inc.
