About the Role:

At CrowdStrike, we are up-levelling our product design capabilities to bring our users the most innovative, effective, and human-centered products they need and deserve. We are seeking a self-motivated and ownership-minded Product Design Producer to be a force-multiplier in our Design Ops and Product Insights team, amplifying our efforts and impact. The Product Design Producer aims to bring cohesion and clarity to design processes across the organization. You should have the ability to empower others by guiding the success of your design colleagues in a cross-product team capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to help CrowdStrike, its customers, and designers across the organization reach their potential and provide useful, efficient, and inspiring experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Helping to establish, reinforce, and maintain the integrity of design practices across CrowdStrike

  • Identify and address bottlenecks, pain points, and areas for improvement across the design organization to facilitate cross-product/functional collaboration and connect people

  • Supporting design research workflows such as scheduling and user recruitment, participant management, tool management, legal and policy governance, and research repository management

  • Coordinating customer research initiatives through direct scheduling of sessions and communications to all parties involved

  • Identifying areas for process improvements within the design team and across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and outcomes

  • Collaborating with other Product Design Producers and various disciplines to create standards and processes that empower designers to do their best work

  • Developing and maintaining consumable resources, templates, playbooks, documentation, and training materials

  • Evaluating and tracking effectiveness of design and research workflows to implement changes that improve processes and produce meaningful impact

  • Creating alignment between stakeholders and effectively negotiating deliverables and timelines, while reporting outcomes to the leadership team

  • Proactively identifying and removing barriers that impact design success or team wellbeing

  • Identifying and creating opportunities for design colleagues to improve their skills and capabilities. This could include - but is not limited to - conducting training sessions, establishing a regular cadence of learning and development activities, and encouraging/organizing participation in design-related education
