Customer Service and Collections Representative-Knoxville, Cleveland, and Chattanooga, TN
Experience
- 2-3 years office experience (Other work experience will be considered if it is Customer Service related).
- Mortgage Experience is a plus!
- Collections Experience is a plus!
- Claims Experience is a plus!
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Stable Work History
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Willing to work overtime
- Ability to meet metrics
- Ability to use dual screen work station
- Typing speed of 40 WPM
- Home Internet with at least 25 megabytes per second
- Clean, quite, dedicated work environment
- Ability to be LaserFocused without distractions
Schedule
- Customer Service-11:30 AM-8:00 PM
- Collections-11:00 AM-8:00 PM
- One Saturday every 4 weeks-9:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay
- $17.00 Hour
Training
- First 3-4 weeks and can be done in person, hybrid, or remote
