The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for effective oversight, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software as related to the MRO Tool, Veryon Tracking+. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the MRO tool and infrastructure.

The Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) is responsible for overseeing the technical execution of one to many projects and tasks such as application support, systems administration, business intelligence, and others, but mainly the MRO tool Veryon Tracking+. In addition to coordination and oversight of technical tasks during the execution phase of the project, the Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) will be responsible for gathering and documenting customer requirements by interviewing and understanding customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MRO practices and terminology in order to be knowledgeable enough to know when to raise questions in order to correctly drive the project execution tasks to completion. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and capable with strong communication skills, specifically seeking an environment where they will impact the direction of the organization, and be a key contributor to overall success of the business anfd the MRO tool. The pace is exceptionally fast at SNC, and our dynamic environment will see many new projects in the coming year. The Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) will need to be agile and flexible, as changes will be certain and frequent.
Responsibilities:
Systems Integration: Assist with integrating Veryon Tracking+ with existing organizational tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, and conducting system testing and validation.
MRO Tool Upgrades and Enhancements: Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tool upgrades, manage enhancement requests, and collaborate with IT and external vendors for implementations.
Business Requirements Analysis: Work with business and functional areas to gather and document requirements, translate needs into functional specifications and system designs, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
Project Management: Participate in project planning, scheduling, and execution for system integrations and upgrades, track progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, propose and implement enhancements, and ensure changes align with overall business strategy and goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitate clear communication, and conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions.Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis to support decision-making, generate reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for all system changes and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation and user manuals.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support for Veryon Tracking+ and integrated tools, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with IT support teams for complex problems.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business analysis and system integration, attend training sessions and conferences, and share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.
Must-haves:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 2 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Implementation background with support through the entire lifecycle of the product
Detail oriented but also capable of seeing the end goal.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred:
Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) experiance
Aviation tracking software, preferably Veryon Tracking+,formally Rusada Envision, experianceExperiance with aviation compliance tracking records
Compliance tracking experiance in an aviation environment
Capable of working with cross domain teams during multiple intergration cycles
Ability to develope intergration plans from MRO to ERP to MES, ect
Knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements
Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps
Experience with data mapping and documentation of system integration metadata and touchpoints necessary for implementation
Understanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologies
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
