IT Help Desk Specialist – RealSure – Remote

RealSure is a new approach for helping everyday people achieve home ownership by making the buying and selling process more accessible and consumer centric.

Launched in October 2020 as a joint venture between Realogy and Home Partners of America (HPA), RealSure is now in rapidly expanding as a stand-alone brand. RealSure is expanding and looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to provide fast and effective support to our internal teams. As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be required to respond to queries virtually, assess and diagnose computer hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions. You may also be required to provide basic computer training, modify hardware systems, install computer peripherals, and perform basic computer maintenance.

This role is 100% remote . We tend to work EST/CT hours but are flexible and empowering. We will get together monthly for strategic meetings and offsites, rotating between NY/Chicago/LA depending on weather and seasonality. This will require 10% travel (2 days a month). The IT Help Desk Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations with a dotted line the HPA IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support queries.

  • Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.

  • Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems.

  • Walk users through problem-solving processes.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years proven experience as a help desk specialist, or other customer support role.

  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and/or software issues, including mobile devices.

  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented and patience.
