EPAM Systems Senior Salesforce Marketing Developer - Remote in Los Angeles, California

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our fan engagement strategies. Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Push Notification Campaigns:

  • Oversee fan engagement e-mail marketing (eCards and Newsletters) & push notification program initiatives that successfully build profitable, long-term fan relationships while ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company’s overall strategy, branding, and marketing and sales goals

  • Develop audience segmentation, targeting, in SFMC, in support of campaign strategies

  • Leverage marketing platforms platforms such as Hightouch to create audiences to support cross channel and journey campaigns

  • Train and mentor e-mail marketing specialist to own all aspects of email implementation & QA

  • Partner with the Senior Director in creating new email redesign recommendations, copy and technical development

  • Champion continuous advancement of email marketing capabilities including targeting, personalization, and creative development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, designers, developers, business teams at the direction of department leadership

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architect to implement new automated workflows, triggers, within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support dynamic messaging personalization

  • Participate in advanced training to maximize impact of SFMC functionality for key business initiatives

  • Oversee work and responsibilities for marketing intern as it relates to email marketing

  • Campaign Reporting:

  • Oversee campaign analysis and reporting of campaign results, while owning all aspects of monthly reporting and executive email recaps to share across the business

  • Own campaign highlights, successes, trends and opportunities for revenue growth across email and push notifications

  • Work closely with Manager & Business Intelligence team to elevate reporting and the development of new insights

  • Suggest new processes for other divisions for e-mail requests, communication of KPIs & strategy

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

  • Experience in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Push

  • Strong proficiency in AMP Script and SQL queries

  • Ability to learn and work with 3rd party segmentation tool (High touch)

  • Proven history with documentation and training on developed solutions

  • Strong communication skills and requirements gathering

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification required
