Opportunity: Remote Care Technical Support Intership - Madrid
PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP
Learning and taking part in a team of Remote Care Technical Support Specialists (RCTSSs) under general to direct supervision in accordance with Company policies, practices and procedures. RCTTSSs provide remotely the clinical and technical guidance on the use and operation of Abbott CRM products to patients, healthcare professionals, and various Abbott departments.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN :
All tasks performed by RCTSSs below are office-based and all interactions are performed remotely through standard ways of communication (phone, email, etc). The intern will learn and take part in the below RCTSS tasks, with the same office-based conditions.
•Remotely provide technical support services in the field of Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices (phone, email, etc.)
•Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries/report from the field
•Provide education and product training to in-house personnel
•Assist in the presentation of educational material for new product training and in-service seminars to healthcare profesionnals and field staff members
•Provides technical response to other Abbott stakeholders
•As needed, provides technical assistance to Regulatory Affairs and Quality personnel(in-house) in response to regulatory agency requests on Abbott devices
•Coordinates efforts with international division staff to resolve product/clinical issues involving international customers and the international sales issues
•Supports materiovigilance procedures and complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and local regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
•Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels ofemployees, customers, contractors, and vendors
•Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
•Studies Customer Service/Care, Communications, Marketing, Patient or Medical support, Technical Services, would be preferred, or similar position
•Interested in Customer Service representative or Remote Support specialist in our industry or equivalent
•Successfully engages with different types of stakeholder
•Comfortable on phone and email communications
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English fluently
•Good experience in use of Microsoft Office Pack tools and softwares
•Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
Mandatory to sign an University or Business School Agreement for the internship.
