Purpose Statement Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads for Cardiovascular Products. The Sales Representative will reach prospects through excellent telephone and written communication skills. This individual will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals by the generation of renewal calls to customers and the managing the relationship with the sales team, and existing and potential customers. Key Responsibilities On a regular basis, review upcoming sales and follow-up on the prior month's sales. Call or e-mail prospect whose contracts and rebates are expiring to initiate the sales renewal process. Work independently or with sales to identify decision makers within the prospect account to begin sales process. Collaborate with Regional and Territory Managers to strategize sales approaches. Ensure executed agreements are received and processed according to company policy. Provide weekly updates to management on progress, at risk accounts, etc. and communicate Sales Forecast and progress to Management. Perform sales tasks such as booking in-services and maintaining accurate records of sales opportunities and contract records. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects by entering new customer data and updating changes to existing accounts in the corporate database. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position and where necessary, support marketing efforts such as new sales product offerings and brochure creation. Support the continuous improvement of the overall sales process, service agreement document, legal and discount approval processes, as well as training on such topics.
