Description

Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Researches, documents and resolves issues raised by Alliance partner and/or State; responds to time sensitive requests (planned or ad hoc)

• Documents current work flow. Identifies areas at risk/obstacles and works with shared services or other key stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions in a timely manner. Develops recommendations for changed/new processes.

• Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties.

• Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation.

• Makes necessary adjustments as needed.

• Files and maintains documentation as required by Compliance and Oversight entities or Compliance Director.

• Foster and promote teamwork and cooperation with Alliance partner.

• Active participation in workgroups or other process improvement initiatives related to compliance, regulatory oversight, and/or contractual requirements.

• May act as lead in providing direction to lower level associates in the department.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions.
