Position Summary The TA Partner I is a junior level talent advisor and will be assigned a business or function to support recruitment for a full desk of high-volume manufacturing roles. They will perform full lifecycle recruiting, develop business partnerships, and execute a broad-based search strategy that ultimately delivers a strong talent pipeline for the business. This role will also require participation in process optimization, technology deployment, employment branding and candidate engagement/experience projects. This is a remote position with some travel required. Duties Recruitment (100%) * Learn and lead search strategy creation and execution for a wide range of manufacturing salaried and salaried non-exempt positions. * Be a talent market advisor and consultant to hiring teams, which includes finding opportunities outside of intake and update calls for direct engagement and learning within the business or function being supported. * Work closely with Lead TA Partners to develop and execute innovative strategies to source and select the best talent in the market, efficiently and cost effectively. * Ensure process and hiring teams are providing an exceptional candidate experience, and be a STERIS brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company image. * Leverage the full range of tools and sources available to you to generate a diverse and qualified talent pool. * Build a presence and following on social media with respect to your recruiting assignments. * Continuously pipeline andstay in contact with candidates ensuring they have a positive experience. * Participates in technology deployment, process optimization and various other TA related projects as interested Required Experience Bachelors Degree required 3 years work experience in an office setting or similar Previous experience with Human Resources or Talent Acquisition strongly preferred Skills Must have excellent organizational skills Must be a highly effective communicator. Can balance multiple/conflicting priorities Has great attention to detail Pay range for this opportunity is$51,120.00-$67,095.00. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc. Employees (and their families) may enroll in our company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans and the company's 401k plan.
