Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of integration architectures, configurations, and guidelines.

  • Integration Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and IT roadmap.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather integration requirements, understanding the functional needs, data exchange, and process workflows.

  • Solution Design: Design robust and scalable integration solutions using modern integration patterns and technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.

  • Vendor Evaluation: Assess and recommend third-party integration tools and services that align with the organization's integration needs.

  • API Management: Create and manage APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to enable data access and integration across systems securely.

  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that integration solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding sensitive data during transit and at rest.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, minimize latency, and optimize data throughput.

  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to proactively identify integration issues and resolve them promptly.

  • Participate in 24x7 on call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed

  • Participate in enterprise disaster recovery exercises

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience as an Integration Architect, Integration Engineer, or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and knowledge of common Enterprise Architect and IT frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL)

  • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud.

  • In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, ESB, iPaaS, etc.

  • Proficiency in API design and management, including API security and versioning.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise application integration (EAI) and familiar with JDE Orchestrator.

  • Experience in data modeling, data mapping, and data transformation techniques.

  • Knowledge of security principles related to integration and data privacy.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of integration developers.

  • Project management experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to identify areas for innovation, leveraging emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in technology architecture. Exposure to AI/ML concepts strongly preferred. Systems Infrastructure design and architectures for large Healthcare Manufacturing Enterprise

  • BS or BA degree in business or computer science with an emphasis in information technology. Graduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Industry certifications preferred but not required: TOGAF and ITIL
