TEKsystems Remote Help Desk Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description:

We are hiring for a remote Help Desk Analyst. The role involves providing first-level technical support at different levels of expertise and responsibility, including support for computer hardware and software, password assistance, applications, and networks. Support will be provided to users through chat, phone, and email, with a focus on analysis and research to resolve Service Desk issues.

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will need a combination of problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Even when faced with issues you don't have immediate answers to, your critical thinking and ability to work under pressure will help you find solutions. You demonstrate politeness, patience, and understanding. You are quick to learn new skills and technologies and are genuinely interested in learning and advancing in your role.
