Copeland Technical Sales Representative- HVACR (Remote, French Bilingual) in MONTREAL, Canada

AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTONS, YOU WILL:

  • Work with the team to develop and price solution proposals that deliver value to customers

  • Make technical recommendations and challenge conventional thinking

  • Regular collaboration within the North American solution engineering group for our Vilter division

  • Develop expertise in compression technologies

  • Represent Copeland at industry functions (association events, committees, conferences) and provide information on market/industry trends

  • Identify opportunities for new products, solutions, services or business models

  • Support the marketing team with the development of technical case studies and whitepapers

  • Collaborate with technical design ecosystem stakeholders (contractors, engineering consultants, end users, government/utilities) to drive the specification of Copeland solutions

  • Ensure that project/customer data is accurately entered and managed within Salesforce CRM platform

WHO YOU ARE:

You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, related technical degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 2+ years' experience with Industrial & Commercial Refrigeration

  • Working knowledge of scroll, screw, reciprocating compression and heat pump technologies

  • Willingness to grow, learn, develop and take-on new challenges

  • Able to travel 25% to meet business needs

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and ability to communicate in French.

  • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Ability to read, write and speak French fluently

  • Knowledge/experience with large industrial systems using Ammonia or CO2

  • Knowledge in RNG processes and equipment

In accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA), the base salary range for this role is $76,107 - $114,160 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
