TEKsystems ServiceNow QA Lead (SPM) - Hiring ASAP - 100 % Remote in Newark, New Jersey
TEKsystems' client is seeking to onboard a ServiceNow Test Lead/QA Manager who has 5 + years of ServiceNow testing with Enterprise level clients specifically within ServiceNow SPM.
SPM Testing Lead
Develop a strategic and programmatic approach to testing within the SPM framework.
Design repeatable test scripts in ServiceNow for all custom SPM use cases, accompanied by Quick Reference Guides (QRG) and training materials.
Assess opportunities for automated testing, providing a readiness report with recommendations for configuration. (potential to begin configuration for automated testing)
Evaluate resources required for ongoing testing within the SPM scope.
Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders, focusing on testing best practices and methodologies.*
Review and analyze existing test scripts, identifying ServiceNow customizations that should be reviewed with the business.
Coordinate test efforts within each sprint or upgrade cycle, managing and reporting test progress and status in ServiceNow. Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain dashboards as needed.
Create process/documentation for testing capabilities for seamless handoff for BAU run.*
ServiceNow Program Test Lead
Assist with backlog refinement, archiving outdated or unnecessary STRYs.
Design repeatable test scripts in ServiceNow for all Unify Upgrade test cases, including QRG-type training guides for SL Product Owners (POs) and GDO teams.
Engage in defect testing, supporting GDO and Product teams with upgrade or release testing.
Escalate defects and environment issues as necessary.
Develop a strategic testing approach for the BAU phase, leveraging the Demand process as a foundation.
Evaluate long-term testing requirements for ServiceNow BAU, including considerations for automation, resource allocation, and gap analysis.
Act as the single point of contact for all testing-related activities.
Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders on testing best practices, with video recording deliverables as needed.*
Review and analyze existing test scripts, identifying ServiceNow customizations requiring business review.
Collaborate with the GDO team to establish processes ensuring test script creation is part of the sprint cycle.
Oversee and report on coordinated testing efforts within each sprint or upgrade cycle, including progress and status reporting in ServiceNow. Partner with teams to develop relevant dashboards and reports.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00
