We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and Distributed Energy Resources Management System (DERMS) to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and recommend high-impact solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers in the Energy and Water Network Management System (NMS) space, including Outage Management Systems (OMS), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Mobile Applications (OMA), and DERMS. You will collaborate with sales teams and customers to define the right strategies, ensuring we deliver optimal solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Analyze customer business needs and ensure that Oracle solutions align with their objectives. Leverage industry best practices, Oracle product knowledge, and deep business insight to guide decision-making. Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and complex customer needs.
Business Development: Drive Oracle's growth by providing valuable feedback on industry needs, market trends, and competitive offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of future products and services.
Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert leadership during complex customer engagements, offering domain knowledge on end-to-end enterprise solutions. You'll help resolve escalations and guide customers through critical process decisions to achieve successful project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience with DERMS and/or ADMS.
Strong ability to problem-solve and manage multiple workstreams, always focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
A pragmatic self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking the initiative.
Experienced in presenting to senior leadership, as well as business and IT stakeholders, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to shaping the future of energy and water systems.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support sales activities and client meetings.
A strong background in Oracle Energy and Water Operation Technology products (highly advantageous).
Familiarity with competing software in DERMS and ADMS is a plus.
Utility background in Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and power generation is an advantage.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
