Verint Call Recording Systems Engineer :

• Must have actual hands-on support experience with call / interaction recording systems from Verint ( like Verint Interaction Recording ) and ideally from IPC ( like IPC IQ/MAX Touch )

• Deep expertise with Verint call recording / financial compliance solutions is a MUST HAVE, including deploying and architecture level of assistance with Verint call recording systems

• Proficiency in server infrastructure and server-side application support, including maintenance, code upgrades, vulnerability patching, post-upgrade app validation, recorded call data integrity checks, system troubleshooting / infrastructure issues identification, and problem resolution / architectural improvement recommendations

• Ability to effectively engage with all levels of the business

• Relevant skills: Verint Interaction Recording, Verint 11.x, Verint 15.x, Verint Verba / VFC Capture ( Verint Financial Compliance ), Verint i360 ( Impact360 ), etc
