Responsibilities:
General Duties: Perform in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. Other duties as assigned.
Department Goals:
Manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
Enhance culture through analytics.
Increase capabilities for full population testing.
Meet productivity goals and proactively seek additional tasks.
Lead special projects and build collaborative relationships.
Review code/visualizations and provide feedback.
Train staff on data analytics.
Maintain expert-level advice on technical matters.
Monitor changes in Data Analytics and Healthcare industries.
Assist in evaluating applicants for open positions.
Technology Expertise:
Expert in data validation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
Proficient in programming languages (ACL, Python, R, SAS, SQL).
Understand software development techniques.
Distribute technical knowledge and identify training needs.
Write and review code and visualizations.
Stay current with new technologies and IT systems.
Extract and combine data from various sources.
Build and improve scripts, automated tasks, and risk metrics.
Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with peers.
Workpapers & Reports:
Enhance Data Analytics templates and guidance documents.
Validate source data integrity and script analytics.
Participate in initiatives to improve data visualization.
Develop and approve testing steps for complex analytics.
Monitor project work for quality and timeliness.
Identify root causes and propose solutions.
Review workpapers and finalize deliverables for management.
Master's degree and 4 years related work experience required OR
Bachelor's degree and 6 years related work experience required
Requiring 4 years of related work experience in the areas of Data/Business Analytics, Data Science, Software Development, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Information Technology/Information Security, Auditing.
Degree Preferences: Data Science, Business Analytics, Health Information Technology, Information Technology/Systems, Information Security, Computer Forensics, Computer Science, Pharmacy
Experience Preferences: Data Visualization, Programming/Software engineering, Statistics, Machine Learning, Health Care, Database Management, Pharmacy, ETL (Extract, Transfer and Load), SQL.
Certification Preferences: Epic Willow, Epic Cogito, PGY-2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
