Specialist for Remote Supports Type: Full Time Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (M-F) Location: On-Site, Pittsfield, MA The on-site Specialist for Remote Supports position offers initial and ongoing support to members who are enrolled in Remote SupportServices (RSS) according to the care plan. Responsibilities: Read and sign off on member care plans, maintain emergency contacts & medication lists Attend intake & installation meetings for remote support members Provide ongoing technology education and awareness Hold on-call cell phone for managing missed vendor check-in calls Coordinate with staff delivering in-home supports and update electronic health records Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & agency policies Report issues with remote equipment & participate in investigations as needed Represent the organization positively within the community & maintain professional communication with stakeholders Qualifications: At least 18 years of age with High School Diploma 1+ year of human service experience Comfortable with technology and remote applications (ex.
