Aerotek Remote Customer Service Supervisor in Pittston, Pennsylvania

The Customer Service Representative supervisor is responsible for overseeing CSR's. CSR's will be providing administrative, clerical and customer service support. Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services. Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Must Haves:

  • 1 Year of Management/Supervisory experience

  • 1 year of Call Center experience

  • 1 year of Customer service experience

Must have own device and high speed internet.
