Primary Responsibilities:

  • The role includes, but is not limited to planning, analysis, design, development, testing, review, debugging, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, implementation, and maintenance

  • Delivery requires automated test (manual testing as needed) mindfulness

  • Engineering focus on enriching the Customer Experience through high quality functional delivery, efficiency, testability, reliability, scalability, availability, and security of applications

  • Foster high performance, collaborative technical work

  • Support mentoring of new and existing team members

  • Present and demonstrate work to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Development utilizing Fullstack .Net

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and REST API's

  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions

  • Assist in the development of user stories and task estimates

  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget

  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with ASP.Net, Javascript, CSS, Bootstrap and C#

  • 5+ years of experience with MVC, SQL Server T-SQL

  • 3+ years of experience with REST API, OAuth 2.0 , and LINQ

  • Experience with Pair programming

  • Willing to do pair programming

  • Local to Minnesota and able to be onsite on a daily basis

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

Preferred Qualifications :

  • SPA React, Vue.JS, Blazor

  • Azure and AWS cloud experience

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
