What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server-based technologies. You’ll have ownership of maintenance activities, incident, and problem management to meet or exceed established service level agreements. You’ll interact with internal, customer, and third-party teams for troubleshooting of configuration, integration, and deployment activities.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2012/16/19/22, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VBS and PowerShell scripting languages, LDAP, MFA, TCP/IP, NTP, DNS, IIS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP and SSL/TLS.

You'll report to the System Administration Manager.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

· Provide Tier-2 support for Windows based systems and services (Windows Server, O365, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)

· Adhere to best practice security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data

· Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines

· Document, schedule, conduct and test system changes in accordance with operational guidelines

· Administration of patch management through SCCM

· Administration of Delinea Password Secret Server

· Administration and support of Mail Flow, Microsoft Exchange On-Prem, Online (O365) and Proofpoint

What You Bring to the Role

· 5 years experience installing, configuring and maintaining Windows Server 20012/2016/2019 in both physical and virtual environments

· 3 years experience with SCCM 2012/2016 patch management and application deployment

· BA/BS in CIS, related degree or equivalent experience

· Current Microsoft Certified IT Professional or MCSA

· Strong and demonstrated experience with automated deployment platforms and scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)

· Detailed understanding of advanced Windows services including: Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Clustering Services

· Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory administration and group policy management
