Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Task Order Lead to join our Air Base Air Defense team supporting the US Air Forces Europe (USAFE) and Air Forces Africa (AFAFRICA)!
This position requires overseas assignment in Germany as a SOFA sponsored DoD contractor - No Remote Work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects including the development of scope of work (SOW) documents, budgets, schedules, and project implementation plans.
Coordinate project requirements with client to ensure delivery of high-quality project deliverables.
Collaborate with the ABAD Program Manager to establish project schedule and budget to include the number of hours required for successful completion of project tasks; monitors progress to meet requirements.
Anticipate project staffing needs and collaborates with the ABAD Program Manager to identify and select personnel.
Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables.
Plan materials requirements and work with purchasing staff to coordinate supply support for field teams.
Submit regular reports to client; responds to client issues and/or expectation concerns.
Keep client and Project or Program Manager informed of the daily project activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and other reports.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Minimum of BS degree in Management or Technical field and 10+ years relevant project management experience.
Minimum Secret clearance required to start with eligibility for TS/SCI within 6 months of hire.
