Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical marketing expertise with administrative efficiency to support and execute various digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with marketing automation tools, digital advertising platforms, and project management systems.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Management
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels
Monitor and manage social media presence across platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement
Implement and manage automated email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach programs
Conduct regular SEO audits and prepare comprehensive performance reports
Set up and maintain Google My Business listings
Build and manage targeted audience lists across various marketing platforms
Technical Administration
Create and maintain marketing automation workflows in Go High Level
Build and optimize landing pages and website content using content management systems
Generate and analyze marketing performance reports and documentation
Manage project tickets and workflow in Jira
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Strong proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms
Experience with email marketing automation and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Proficiency in website content management systems
Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
Knowledge of Go High Level platform
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Experience with marketing analytics tools
Background in B2B marketing
