• Coordinate Agile development

• Developing style guides

• Persona development and analysis

• Wire frame and prototype development

• Facilitating service design / HCD workshops with end users and stakeholders

• Performing user research and usability testing with FEMA end users

• Developing and analyzing Journey Maps

• Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to form impactful insights

• 508 and WCAG Compliance
