Description 100% Remote Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA, NM or TX are encouraged to apply The RN Clinical Documentation Specialist is part of a regional team that facilitates improvement in the overall quality, completeness and accuracy of medical record documentation. This requires analysis of clinical information to identify areas within the medical record for potential gaps in physician documentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience A MD graduate (educated in foreign country or US) may also be accepted in lieu of a BA in Nursing Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed) Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position. (for Seaside only) 5 years recent acute care experience in adult acute, critical care, or strong medical/surgical setting Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital management Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing Why Join Providence?
