Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified children, families, and adults. This position will allow for remote work one day per week. Responsibilities: Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment using Evidenced Based Practices to children families, and adults Complete required documentation within the identified timeframes Develop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement. Maintain encounters/productivity of 60% of reportable/billable services Participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to assure the services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirements Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetings Staff cases which require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultation as required Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary Observe confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clients Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: The following requirements are those that are normally required for performance of this position. Non-Physical Requirements: Education Masters degree in Social Work preferred or Masters degree in other Behavioral Sciences required. Experience Two years of experience working with children, families adults in a professional outpatient setting Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation or eligible Special Skills Operate from a strengths-based perspective Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge Possess good verbal and written communication skills and excellent documentation skills Ability to provide service in a culturally sensitive manner Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to work in a collabo
