Responsibilities will include intakes, diagnosis, case management, and mental health treatment services to identified children, families, and adults. This position will provide clinical support to clinical staff in the areas of direct services and documentation in a manner that encourages professional growth and accountability. This position will allow for remote work one day per week. Responsibilities: Provide intake assessments, diagnosis, and ongoing culturally sensitive treatment using Evidenced Based Practices to children families, and adults. Complete required documentation within the identified timeframes Develop clinical treatment plans which focus on client strengths, culture, needs, and goals within the briefest time frame for successful achievement. Maintain encounters/productivity of 60% of reportable/billable services. Participate in ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement to assure the services provided demonstrate best practice standards and meet all contractual requirements. Actively participate in individual and group supervision, clinical staff meetings, and other multi-disciplinary meetings Staff cases which require specialist consultations and psychiatric consultations as required Coordinate client treatment with schools, physicians, and other community resources and referrals to community services whenever necessary. Observe confidentiality in all related program functions with staff and clients. Establish and maintain working relationships with other community mental health providers, primary care, and other referral sources. Orients and trains new employees and practicum students as needed and works closely to ensure that new staff are oriented appropriately to their position. Works with supervisor team to ensure clinical documentation completed by staff and interns meet agency and funder standards. Assists supervisor team to provide coverage and triage clinical concerns when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
