What Youll be Doing

During a Typical Day, Youll

Answer incoming communications from customers Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues What You Bring to the Role

At least 1 year of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge Computer experience High speed internet connection (>25mbps). What You Can Expect
